I'm not that pretty but that's me most days. Sitting in front of a computer. The day job is spent doing level one tech support with health professionals. The night job is spent working on marketing strategies and posting about my books. Or whatever else strikes my fancy. And somewhere in there, I actually manage to write a chapter. Advance a plot, illuminate a character.
And somewhere in there, I'm supposed to be up off my fanny and getting some semblance of exercise in so that I'm not a major pudding. And today, I got a newsletter out with an excerpt and a note about the 4th of July. Tonight, I'm enjoying a cup of strawberry herbal tea and thinking about the next book I plan to read for review. Trying to read current novels and failing miserably.
LOL I can feel the sympathy coming off you in waves.
Don't get me wrong, I love my life. I love to stay busy. Keeps me young. I think. Or at least, sane. My life revolves around books and stories and publishing and marketing. And my friends who still see something worthwhile in me. And my family, whom I don't see nearly enough.
